Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unworn after receiving the package

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The product must be in the same condition as delivered

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation / receipt) is required

⚠️ Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • The product shows any signs of use, wear, or damage

  • The product condition does not match the originally delivered item

  • The item has been altered, resized, or tampered with in any manner

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.


Product Inspection & Quality Assurance

All returned products undergo a strict quality and authenticity inspection by our expert team.
Refunds will be processed only after successful verification, confirming the item is genuine, unused, and in original condition.

If the product fails to meet our quality assurance standards, the return will be declined and the item will be securely shipped back to the customer.


Refunds

  • Once the return is approved and inspection is completed, the refund will be initiated

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect after approval

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@rvravien.com, along with clear images, so we can assist you promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
